1. Overview

This website is operated by Glitch USA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website and govern the relationship between you (the “Customer”) and Glitch USA LLC regarding our products, services, and transactions.


2. Orders

2.1. Each Glitch product is made to order and individually crafted for you. Images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only; colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2.2. To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract (in most regions, this means you are at least 18 years old).

2.3. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you accept these Terms in full.

2.4. Once your order is submitted, we will send you an acknowledgment email. This does not confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email and/or dispatch notice.

2.5. If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., material shortage, production delay, or pricing error), we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the affected item(s).


3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. All prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
3.3. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options as displayed at checkout.
3.4. Glitch reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.


4. Custom Production & Delivery

4.1. Each Glitch product is crafted once your order is placed. Our custom production process takes approximately 10–14 business days before dispatch.
4.2. Once shipped, standard delivery times are 7–10 business days within the U.S. and 10–15 business days internationally.
4.3. All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive confirmation once your item has been dispatched.
4.4. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or global shipping disruptions. Glitch is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
4.5. Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.


5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1. Custom-made policy: Because each Glitch piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins.
5.2. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@glitchusa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If verified, we will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
5.3. We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues, color variance, or buyer’s remorse, as every piece is made to your selected specifications.
5.4. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.


6. Events Beyond Our Control

Glitch is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, shipping disruptions, global pandemics, or material shortages.


7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Glitch brand, website, designs, artwork, and products are owned exclusively by Glitch USA LLC or its licensors. Reproduction or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.


8. Personal Data

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
