What is your return policy?
At GlitchUSA, every jacket is custom-made to order, created exclusively for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because each item is handcrafted and individually produced, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact support@glitchusa.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Condition Requirements
If a return has been authorized by our support team, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Gift with Purchase
If your order included a promotional gift, that gift must also be returned (unused and in its original packaging) if the qualifying purchase is refunded.
If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, GlitchUSA will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees in verified cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

1. Overview
At Glitch, every jacket is custom-made to order. Each piece is individually crafted once your order is confirmed — designed, cut, and finished exclusively for you. Because of this personalized production process, we do not hold pre-made inventory or offer traditional returns.
We take pride in our craftsmanship, and every product is carefully inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, our team will make it right.
2. What You Can & Can’t Return
- Custom-made items: All Glitch products are final sale once production begins. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom orders.
- Defective or incorrect items: If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact support@glitchusa.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as face masks, underlayers, or headwear once worn or opened.
3. Return Procedure (for Approved Cases Only)
If your return is approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid digital return label by email.
- Repack the item securely in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with all tags intact).
- Drop it off at a designated courier location (UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your region).
- You’ll receive tracking updates once the return is scanned in transit.
All returns must be received within 14 days of authorization to remain eligible.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
5. International Orders
Glitch ships worldwide.
For international returns (where applicable), our support team will provide region-specific courier options and assist with customs paperwork to ensure smooth processing.
6. Responsibility
Glitch is not responsible for:
- Packages lost, delayed, or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences — each piece is hand-crafted, and natural variation is part of its authenticity.
